Vyshyvanka Day
Today, on the third Thursday of May, World Vyshyvanka Day is celebrated.
Our vyshyvanka has long ceased to be just a festive or national garment. It is a symbol of Ukrainian identity, and with the beginning of a full-scale invasion, of national resistance. On this day, we not only remember our roots, but also continue to form the code of the nation.
The Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University sincerely congratulates everyone on the holiday and joins the all-Ukrainian flash mob! We preserve traditions and create new ones!
