Delegation of NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» met with the management of Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant

On August 29, representatives of our university, led by rector Viktor Greshta, visited a modern enterprise in our region. Due to a serious shortage of personnel associated with the migration of Ukrainian specialists, the plant turned to Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic with a request for students and graduates who are ready to work.

A tour of the enterprise was held for university employees, they told about its history and introduced them to the products manufactured by the plant.

The concept of dual education, which will become an effective way to solve the plant’s personnel problem, was presented to the Chairman of the Board, Burak Ihor. And students of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic will be able to gain practical skills and master modern technologies. The representatives also discussed the issues of retraining and employment assistance for forcibly displaced persons.

In order to outline all areas of work, a memorandum of cooperation was concluded and signed, according to which we will work in the near future.
