The fourth meeting of the Stakeholder Assembly of the Research Reform Initiative
This year, three universities in Ukraine became members of the European University Association, including the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University.
The fourth meeting of the Stakeholder Assembly will be held on October 13, 2022
The purpose of the meeting is to present the final version of the Agreement and submit for discussion draft documents describing the modalities of governance, activities and financing of the future Coalition. These supporting documents include: the Steering Document, the Rules of Procedure for the Chair, Vice-Chairs and the Supervisory Board, the Rules of Procedure for the Working Groups and the Code of Conduct for the future Coalition.
With the support of the work of the Coalition, the organizations will decide on the implementation of responsibilities, the pace of reforms, the strategic goals and objectives of each organization.
The meeting is scheduled to feature speeches by Amanda Crowfoot, EUA Secretary General and Mark Schiltz, President of Science Europe.
The meeting is expected to include open discussions and discussions on the Rules of Procedure, the Code of Conduct, the work plan, etc.
The work will then continue in breakout groups, where they plan to discuss issues related to the proposed CoARA Governance and Rules of Procedure for the CoARA Steering Board and Working Board, the Group and the Code of Conduct, the creation of the responsibilities of the Steering Board and other issues.
At the end of the event, Amanda Crowfoot, EUA and Mark Schiltz will deliver closing remarks, Science Europe.
