Zaporizhzhia Regional Aerobics Championship
On June 17, the Zaporizhzhia Regional Aerobics Championship dedicated to Olympic Day was held at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University.
More than 80 athletes from Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions competed for victory. The champions and prize-winners of the competitions were awarded medals, diplomas and souvenirs from the NOC of Ukraine.
The event was attended by honored guests: Rector of NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» Viktor Greshta; First Deputy Head of the Department of Youth, Physical Culture and Sports of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration Pavlo Blank; Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Branch of the NOC of Ukraine Volodymyr Lobanov; Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Department of the Committee on Physical Education and Sports of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Yurii Shepel; Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University Serhiy Belikov.
During the grand opening, members of the Ukrainian national team, multiple winners of All-Ukrainian and international competitions, students and future applicants of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University were issued certificates of Masters of Sports of Ukraine. Congratulations to Kutseva Maryna, Sidorova Veronika, Sidorova Vitalina, Golub Alina, Ovsyannikova Alina and Kokarev Artem on their titles.
Honored Coach of Ukraine, Head Coach of the Ukrainian National Aerobics Team Svitlana Atamanyuk and Honored Coach of Ukraine Borys Kokarev were awarded commemorative badges of the NOC of Ukraine.
