Career Forum. Professionals’ Perspective 2026

On May 10, Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University once again gathered the youth of Zaporizhia for the “Career Forum. Professionals’ Perspective 2026”, which was held in the Titan Unbreakable Hub. The event brought together students, applicants, business representatives, educators and employers around the topic of professional development of youth and building a successful career in modern conditions.

The forum became a space for lively communication, new ideas, practical experience and motivation for young people who strive to confidently build their own future in Ukraine. Participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the locations of the university’s faculties, talk to teachers and students, learn more about specialties, educational opportunities, internships, and professional development prospects.

Thematic locations of the Admissions Committee, faculties, and student government were open. Future entrants received answers to important questions regarding the admission campaign, studies, and active student life.

The Rector of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University Viktor Greshta addressed the guests with a welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of education, support for the younger generation, unity, and partnership in the face of modern challenges.

This year, the following presented their professional stories, practical cases, and useful tips:
– Denys Ropalo — Head of Digital Marketing of the Zaporizhzhia Pharmacies chain, who spoke on the topic “The Code of Success in Retail: Why Higher Education Is Your Main Tool for Action?”
– Anastasia Narkevych — English and Vocal Teacher, Founder of the Kanva Creative Space, Participant of International Educational Programs, Who Spoke About the role of education in professional formation and personal development
– Igor Hempel — restaurateur, head of Bull and California establishments, gastro critic, who shared his own experience in the development of the restaurant business and modern vision of the hospitality industry

The special atmosphere of the event was created by interactive communication, team interaction, support of partners and sincere interest of young people in their own professional future. The forum ended with a raffle of gifts from partners and sponsors, which was held by the head of the student government, Anastasia Steshenko.
