Business Intensive «Business Functions. What’s Inside and How It Works»
On February 27-29, students and teachers of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University took part in a three-day business intensive «Business Functions. What’s inside and how it works.
The speaker was Illia Novikov – organizational development project manager, management and development consultant, expert with 15 years of management experience, consultant and mentor of Diya-Business.
Three master classes were held as part of the intensive, during which the participants got acquainted with:
- group of operational business functions: Production + Logistics + Supply
- group of commercial business functions: Product + Promotion + Sales
- office functions: Accounting + HR + Management.
The business intensive was organized with the participation of the Center for Employment Assistance for Students and Graduates of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic, the IAM Cluster – Zaporizhzhia and Professor Andriy of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic Karpenko.
Last December, our students already had the opportunity to attend Illia Novikov’s offline lecture »Entrepreneurship and the Search for a Business Idea”.
