Current Problems of Translation Studies, Textology and Discourse Studies

The Department of Translation Theory and Practice of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University organized and held the III All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Internet Conference of Higher Education Applicants «Current Problems of Translation Studies, Textology and Discourse Studies».

The event, which took place on November 18, was attended by students and postgraduates from different cities of Ukraine – Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia.

More than 60 participants sent materials for publications, most of them gave online reports directly.

The reports revealed traditional issues and the latest achievements of textology, discourse studies, translation studies, as well as methods of teaching foreign languages.

The reports, which were presented in Ukrainian, in English and French, accompanied by visual presentations.
