On November 6, the Academic Council of the University was held at Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University

The main topics of discussion were:

• nomination of applicants for a scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for young scientists
• results of the annual rating evaluation of scientific and pedagogical personnel
• approval of the plan for improving the qualifications of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers
• recommendation for publication of scientific and educational publications
• regulations of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University on types of academic responsibility (in particular, additional and/or detailed) of participants in the educational process for specific violations of academic integrity
• amendments to the schedule of the educational process for the 2023/2024 academic year

Rector of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University Viktor Greshta and director of Credit Agricole Bank in Zaporizhzhia Region Oleksiy Bondarenko spoke in detail about our cooperation, and also outlined future plans for our cooperation.

Head of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic Center «Education for Business and Career» Anastasiia Zerkal outlined the current state of the Center and prospects for its development.

Vladislav Korolkov, Svitlana Atamanyuk, Serhiy Tikhovod and Tetyana Khitrova received professor certificates.

For participation in the Fifteenth International Exhibition «Innovation in Modern Education», the author’s certificate for the victory in the competition in the thematic nomination «Application of innovative learning technologies for the development of digital competence of participants in the educational process» was awarded to Professor Valerii Mishenko, Head of the Department of Integrated Welding Technologies and Construction Modeling Oleksiy Kapustyan and Doctor of Philosophy Evelina Bazhmina. Viktor Greshta, rector of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University, was thanked for his significant personal contribution to the formation and development of the educational institution’s innovative educational environment. Serhiy Tirsa, senior inspector of the educational and methodical department, is thanked for his active activity in developing the system of innovative activity of the educational institution.

Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University within the framework of this exhibition received the honorary title of leader of innovations in education, a diploma for the presentation of achievements and effective implementation of educational innovations, as well as a gold medal in the nomination «Application of innovative learning technologies for the development of digital competence of participants in the educational process».

Professor of the Department of Economics and Customs Andrii Karpenko was awarded certificates from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for many years of conscientious work, significant personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists and fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity; the head of the department of machines and technology of foundry production Valerii Ivanov – for initiative and perseverance, high professionalism, conscientious performance of official duties and significant personal contribution to the development of the sphere of education and science of Ukraine; Associate Professor of the Department of Machines and Technologies of Foundry Production Vadym Kudin, Professor of the Department of System Analysis and Computational Mathematics Anna Bakurova; Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Materials Science Daria Tkach, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal, Civil and International Law Olha Shiyan, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages of Professional Communication Viktoriya Horlacheva – for many years of conscientious work, a significant personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists, fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity.

The head of the Department of Machines and Technology of Foundry Production Valerii Ivanov was awarded thanks from Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University for his high professional level, many years of fruitful cooperation at the university and in connection with the 50th anniversary; for many years of fruitful and conscientious work and in connection with the 60th anniversary – to Professor Maryna Gudz.

Thanks from the State University of Intellectual Technologies and Communications were awarded to Vladyslav Korolkov, the scientific supervisor of the master’s qualification work, for training the participant who won the 2nd place in the All-Ukrainian competition for qualification works in the specialty 073 «Management» at the second (master’s) level of higher education.

Valerii Butko was awarded the second degree laureate diploma for winning the All-Ukrainian competition for qualifying papers in the specialty 073 «Management».
