The Psychological Service of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University invites you to therapeutic groups «Roles we play in life»!
What will we do?
– analyze and explore the roles we play in different relationships and life situations
– learn not to view a role as a «false mask»
– determine how roles help organize interactions with other people
The central idea is «I am not my role. I can notice it, explore it, understand its function and decide whether I want to continue to perform it.
The presenter is Alena Prylutskaya, a clinical, sports and corporate psychologist, a psychotherapist using the transactional analysis method.
