Psychological workshop “Rebuilding inner senses during war” at Zaporizhia Polytechnic University

On May 8, a psychological workshop “Rebuilding Internal Senses During War” was held. It was conducted by practical psychologists of the National University “Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic” Alena Sadykina and Yegor Bobrov. More than 100 participants took part in the event.

The event was implemented within the framework of “SensoTech. How are you?” All-Ukrainian mental health program — an initiative of the first lady Olena Zelenska, together with psychologist Svitlana Roiz.

Pro-rector Andriy Ivanchenko welcomed the participants. He wished fruitful work and announced future events within the program that Zaporizhia Polytechnic University will hold in May — all dedicated to Mental Health Awareness Month.

During the workshop, the participants were able to:
— learn what “internal resources” are and what they are
— explore their ways of replenishment and recovery
— create their own strategy for maintaining themselves in a resourceful state
