How to register for EVI/EFVV online and offline?

Step 1
Collect all the necessary documents for the Admissions Committee:
– identity document
– registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOKPP)
– document on the degree of higher education (for those who completed their studies in previous years – diploma and supplement to it)
– certificate on the planned date of completion of studies and obtaining a diploma in 2026 (except for graduates of the bachelor’s program of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University)
– photo card for documents 3×4 or its electronic version (no more than 1 MB)
– medical certificate in the form of primary accounting documentation 086-3/o (in case of need to create special (special) conditions for passing entrance exams)

For submission online:
– application form with electronic signature; The template can be found at the link: https://pk.zp.edu.ua/admission/master/exams/
– send scanned copies or photocopies of registration documents to the Admissions Committee email address nuzp.pk@gmail.com

Step 2
Receive the completed examination sheet.

The main stage of registration for the EVI/EFVV in 2026 will last from April 23 to May 14 inclusive.
