We are strengthening the cooperation of innovation ecosystems!

In April, a meeting of representatives of Zaporizhia and Dnipro Polytechnics was held to exchange experience in the development of the innovation ecosystem of higher education institutions.

The event was held at the Dnipro Polytechnic Startup School-Incubator-Accelerator. Zaporizhia Polytechnic was represented by the Head of the Department of Student Research, Coordinator of “STARTUP with Zaporizhia Polytechnic” Snezhana Vychuzhanina, Director of the Regional Innovation Hub, Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Administration Andriy Kuts, Head of the Startup School, Associate Professor of the Department of Business and Management Tetyana Sergienko, and Associate Professor of the Department of Business and Management Olena Kraynik.

The Zaporizhia delegation was hospitably received by the Vice-Rector of Dnipro Polytechnic Igor Nikitenko, Director of the Regional Innovation Hub of NTU “DP” Tetyana Bulana, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship Development “Business Incubator of NTU “DP” Nigar Musayeva with the Deputy and Head of the Patent and Licensing Department of NTU “DP”  Natalia Perederiy.

Polytechnicians presented their achievements in supporting student startups and entrepreneurial initiatives, discussed the functioning of startup schools and innovation hubs, the implementation of mechanisms for commercialization of scientific developments, the development of cooperation between universities, business and regional ecosystems.

The meeting continued with an introduction to the R&D infrastructure and a discussion of joint ideas, events and projects.
