Education without borders: how teachers from Zaporizhzhia are changing their approach to learning!
Two days of intensive research, exchange of experience and insights — this is how the trainings for teachers at Zaporizhia Polytechnic University were held.
On March 26, we talked about how to make learning interesting and as practical as possible! During the training excursion, teachers from secondary education institutions were presented with the material and technical base of Zaporizhia Polytechnic University as a platform for practical classes and presented practical cases with new ideas for STEM projects. Solving real problems, a creative approach, and obtaining a specific result will allow students to develop a lasting interest in science and mathematics education, and the acquired STEM competencies will allow them to master modern technologies and technical specialties in the future.
March 27 was dedicated to digital technologies in education! How to make lessons alive? How to keep the attention of the TikTok generation? To fill the lessons with new formats, teachers mastered the most modern digital tools: a program for creating presentations with real-time feedback “Mentimeter”, a game-based learning platform “Kahoot!”, a graphic design platform “Canva”, a multi-tasking online service for creating interactive content “Genially”, and software for creating interactive and multimedia educational modules “LearningApps”.
And what is the result?
