The Psychological Service of the National University “Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic” is organizing a master class “My Resources”. This event is aimed at supporting the psychological state of students and employees of the Polytechnic.
At the master class you will be able to:
— find out what exactly is support and a resource for you in difficult times
— build a “map” of your own resources
— learn how to integrate your resources into everyday life
