Career Forum. Professionals’ Perspective: Turning Expert Experience into Inspiration for Youth!

On May 3, the traditional “Career Forum. The View of Professionals” was held for the fifth time in the Unbreakable Hub “Orbita”, which twice a year brings together students, schoolchildren, applicants, representatives of the university, business and the city community.

Stories about an imperfect path, honest conversations, specific advice and a completely new perspective on education and career.

The speakers of the event are real practitioners who are not afraid of challenges and implement the most daring ideas every day, develop and do not stop. Director of the Zaporizhzhia City Development Institute Viktoria Agentaeva, founder of the gastronomic brand Allo, Salmon Angelina Teslenko, owner of the Airflow coffee shop and pastry shop Yulia Lekarkina, head of the Noosphere Engineering School laboratory, private entrepreneur Oleksiy Shevchenko — told their unique stories that inspired action. Young people can also surprise! The guests asked such questions that often turned into lively discussions: about strategies in times of uncertainty, responsibility for the team, the power of intuition and the role of higher education in life, and most of all — technical & humanitarian!

The most active participants in the discussion received nice gifts: certificates for 500 UAH from “Allo, Losos”, 3 boxes of delicious sweets from “Airflow” confectioners and ZMR merchandise from the Zaporizhia City Development Institute. During his speech, Oleksiy Shevchenko awarded the winners of the Business Ideas Competition “STARTUP with Zaporizhia Polytechnic 2025”.

Separate locations of the forum — the Admissions Committee, the university’s faculties, and the student government — told how to enroll and enjoy university life! And also — constant raffles of Polytechnic merchandise and gifts from partners for our applicants and students.

Our special guest, a regular partner of the event — the director of TRK CITY MALL Vardui Batrakova — raffled off certificates worth 2000 UAH among active youth for shopping in the center.
