“Business Coffee” at Zaporizhia Polytechnic University is a platform for sharing experiences, making new acquaintances, and inspiring

On March 27, the Educational Hub of Zaporizhia Polytechnic University once again hosted a meeting as part of the “Business Coffee” project. This time our guest was Dmytro Dobrodiy — a successful entrepreneur, restaurateur, CEO of Bergamot, ChaynaKava, BrandBarBegemot, Syr&Drova and Loveiscoffee.

During the meeting, we found answers to the following questions:

• How are business ideas born and what inspires entrepreneurs to start?
• What challenges do you have to overcome at the beginning and how not to stop?
• Mistakes and difficulties — enemies or the best teachers?
• What business principles help to remain effective in any conditions?
• How to scale a business and predict future trends?

Each of Dmytro’s stories is not only about business, but also about strength of spirit, the desire for change and constant improvement. He shared his vision of entrepreneurship, talked about his path from the first steps to leading several successful institutions.

Main conclusions to remember:

• A business starts with an idea, but develops thanks to people and the community
• Every crisis is an opportunity for growth if used correctly
• Competition motivates, and community support gives you the strength not to stop
• Business is not only about profit, but also about the opportunity to influence society
