First-year team with the rector's team: football match at Zaporizhia Polytechnic University!
They played hotly: the youth, excitement and frantic pace of the students against the experience, endurance and proven tactics of the staff team. Passes, saves, goals and even a spectacular penalty – the fans just had time to come up with new slogans!
The fight was fierce! The match ended with a score of 3:3, but the rector’s team won the penalty shootout – 4:2.
But after the final whistle, everyone stayed on the field together: laughing, taking pictures, planning the next matches.
Student life and working days at the Polytechnic is energy, teamwork and a circle of people!
This tournament was made possible thanks to the initiative of rector Viktor Greshta, the support of student self-government and the students’ trade union committee.
