The third season of the Open Lecture of the Psychological Service of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University has begun!
On September 11, the first meeting of the new season took place — and it was dedicated to the topic of dependent and codependent relationships.
- Why do we stay in relationships that hurt?
- Why is it difficult to say «no» and defend your own boundaries?
- Where does love end and addiction begin?
- How is healthy intimacy formed?
To these and many other important questions, Yaryna May, a Gestalt therapist, supervisor in training, leader of therapeutic groups and courses, author of a psychotherapeutic blog and the book «Lavender Pass» about the psychological maturation of women, sought answers together with the participants.
