Scholarships in 2026: what changes?
The State Budget of Ukraine for 2026 provides 6.6 billion UAH for the payment of academic and personal scholarships to students of educational institutions. This is UAH 1.2 billion more than in 2025.

What are the scholarships?
– Academic – awarded based on the results of the semester rating. Guaranteed for state employees with high scores.
– Promoted – for special success in studies and scientific activities. The maximum amount of financial support.
– Social — guaranteed state support for privileged categories of students regardless of the rating.
– Named — Presidential, government and named grants for leaders with outstanding achievements.
