A student of the Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic is a European champion in beach volleyball
Ukrainian athletes Maryna Gladun and Tetyana Lazarenko took first place in the final match of the European Beach Volleyball Championship.
One of the champions is Tetyana Lazarenko, a master of sports of Ukraine of international class in beach volleyball, as well as a student of the UFKS-124m group of Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic University.
This medal is the first gold in beach volleyball at the European Championship in the history of Ukraine.
On the way to the final, Ukrainian volleyball players did not lose a single match out of 6. In the final, the first set against the French team was lost, but the next two sets brought victory to Ukraine.
