Employees of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic attended a training to improve coaching activities

Representatives of NU “Zaporizka Polytechnic” attended a training for trainers, which was dedicated to meaningful work, exchange of experience and professional growth. The event is organized by the NGO “Progressilni”.

The university team included professor of the Department of Economics and Customs Andriy Karpenko and associate professor of the Department of Psychology Alyona Stadnyk.

During the training, the participants took part in the following activities:

• work with the topics of building effective training
• mastering modern methods of facilitation
• research of practical cases and search for answers to difficult questions of coaching activity

The effective location of the event was the “Living Library” – a space for short but deep meetings with experts who shared knowledge on key topics.
