A series of events for Youth Day in Zaporizhzhia
On August 6-12, Zaporizhzhia hosted a series of youth events dedicated to Youth Day within the framework of the “Youth Weekend” project. Students of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic took part in 5 diverse events organized by the Zaporizhia City Council and the Zaporizhia Regional State Administration.
On August 6, at the base of the Zaporizhia Regional Youth Center, the Intellectual Quiz “60 Seconds” was held, where teams of 6 players participated. The team of Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic “Youth Dvizh” took 5th place among 10 youth teams.
On August 7, the Forum of Front-line Youth Councils 2025 “Challenges. Actions. Plans” was held. The youth of Zaporizhzhia got acquainted with the activities of the youth councils of the eastern regions of Ukraine. The participants developed the “Youth Decision Map”, which will be included in the state targeted social program “Youth of Ukraine” for the period 2026-2030, and signed a consortium between the youth councils of the eastern regions of Ukraine
On August 8, the Zaporizhia Regional Youth Center hosted the musical Friday “Kvartyrnyk”. Did the guests enjoy the warm atmosphere and wonderful music performed by Zaporizhia musicians?
? On August 9, “Sports Saturday” took place, which took place on the basis of the Zaporizhia Regional School of Higher Sports Excellence. Students of the Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic joined the event – the sports aerobics team helped make the program more intense and energetic. Participants had several cool activities to choose from: team relays, swimming in the pool, cycling and wushu.
On August 10, Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic students joined the training workshop “Zaporizhia — our common meaning”, which took place in the Zaporizhzhia City Youth Center. Implementing the concept of “Sensa Zaporizhzhia”, the participants created a dream city plan together.
