Psychological workshop "Reconstruction of inner senses during the war" on the basis of the Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic
On May 8, the psychological workshop “Reconstruction of inner meanings during the war” took place. It was conducted by the practical psychologists of the Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic National University Alon Sadykina and Yehor Bobrov. More than 100 participants took part in the event.
The event was implemented within the framework of “SensoTech. How are you?” The All-Ukrainian mental health program is an initiative of First Lady Olena Zelenska, together with psychologist Svitlana Roiz.
Vice-rector Andrii Ivanchenko welcomed the participants. He wished fruitful work and announced future events within the framework of the program, which Zaporizhia Polytechnic will hold in May — all dedicated to Mental Health Awareness Month.
During the workshop, the participants were able to:
— find out what “internal resources” are and what they are
— explore their ways of replenishing and restoring
— create their own strategy for maintaining themselves in a resourceful state
