Representatives of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic attended the events of the Erasmus+ KA2 ISDEGO project
From May 6 to 9, Tor Vergata University (Italy) hosted an organizational meeting and a training seminar under the Erasmus+ KA2 ISDEGO international educational project “Implementation of Sustainable Development Goals in Transport Bachelor’s Training Programs” (https://www.isdego.eu/). Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University was represented at the event by project coordinators from the university: Head of the Department of Transport Technologies Serhiy Turpak, Associate Professor of the same department Olena Ostroglyad and Dean of the Department of Transport Oleksiy Kuzkin.
During the organizational meeting, the consortium partners discussed the progress of project implementation, intermediate results and further steps. Olena Ostroglyad gave a report on behalf of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic, who presented the status of tasks and the prospects of the mobility package for teachers and students of education. The project is implemented in cooperation with the Transylvanian University of Brasov.
Participants of the event in a mixed format listened to meaningful lectures by representatives of foreign educational institutions, which took place within the educational seminar “Transport technologies: European experience”. During the allocated block, the attendees could ask questions to the speakers and discuss the topics of the presentations with colleagues. According to the results of the seminar, all participants received certificates.
The event was attended by representatives of partner educational institutions: Maritime Academy of the city of Szczecin (Poland), Tor Vergata University (Rome, Italy), Transylvania University of Brasov (Romania), University of Wismar (Germany), Technical University of Moldova (Chisinau), Bielce State University (Moldova), National Transport University (Kyiv, Ukraine), Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy named after O. M. Beketov (Ukraine), the National University of Water Management and Nature Management (Rivne, Ukraine) and the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University.
Implementation of the Erasmus+ KA2 ISDEGO educational project is planned for the period from 2025 to 2027. The project provides for the renewal of educational components in educational programs for bachelors in transport technologies and the creation of training laboratories for sustainable urban transport in partner educational institutions of Ukraine and Moldova.
