Mental Health Awareness Month
On May 1, Mental Health Awareness Month begins in Ukraine and around the world. In Ukraine, he will pass with a call to find his meanings, which work as internal supports in times of trials: “How are you? Senses are nearby. Find yours on the platform howareu.com“.
Senses as warm and supportive messages collected in “SensoTech. How are you?” The All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program is an initiative of First Lady Olena Zelenska (https://www.facebook.com/olenazelenska.official), together with psychologist Svetlana Royz (https://www.facebook.com/svetlanaroyz/?locale=uk_UA).
Starting on May 1, senses will appear every day on the platform “How are you?” (https://howareu.com) — along with recommendations on how to take care of your mental health. Tools for supporting yourself and your loved ones include the updated Self-Help section (https://howareu.com/self-help) on the How Are You? platform. and “Momental” application (h ttps://howareu.com/news/v-ukraini-zapustyly-zastosunok-dlia-turboty-pro-sebe-ta-pokrashchennia-mentalnoho-stanu-doroslykh-ta-ditei).
May 1 on the platforms “How are you?” (https://www.facebook.com/howareu.program) and the Coordinating Center for Mental Health of CMU (https://www.facebook.com/MentalHealthUA) a marathon will be held – a series of broadcasts with experts who will reveal the meanings live. Throughout the day, Facebook and YouTube pages (https://www.youtube.com/@howareu_program) will feature personal and professional reflections on topics that affect everyone: What are my mental barriers? And what do I do to support myself every day?
National University “Zaporizhia Polytechnic” participates in the initiative and supports the ideas of caring for oneself and realizing one’s own supports in difficult times. Together with Ukraine, we are for a strong, aware, mentally healthy society.
