Memorandum of Cooperation with the Academy of Physical Culture and Mass Sports (Kazakhstan)
On October 1, representatives of Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic University, led by rector Viktor Greshta, held an online meeting with fellow educators from the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports (APEMS) (Astana, Kazakhstan). During the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed.
The directions of activity of Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic were represented by vice-rector Ruslan Kulikovsky, head of the Center for Internationalization and International Cooperation Alina Kazurova, head of the project department Maria Pavlenko and dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports Management Svitlana Kokareva.
On behalf of APEMS, rector Tursynzada Kuangaliyeva, first vice-rector, vice-rector for educational work Bolatbek Duketaev, vice-rector for academic activities Khanat Kasenov, vice-rector for science and innovation Oleksandr Neftysov, director of the Department of International Cooperation and Public Relations Asem Aitkaliyeva and head of the Center for Professional Development and Sports Education Akzhan Yegenbayeva joined the meeting.
The following areas of cooperation were discussed:
– academic mobility: teachers from the Polytechnic will very soon hold the first guest lectures and master classes at APEMS
– development of inter-university courses, online modules, educational programs
– organization of joint scientific conferences and seminars
– participation in joint research projects
