Ready to apply for a master's degree? Then keep the EVI/EFVV registration guide online!

Step 1
Collect scanned copies of all necessary registration documents:
— application form with an electronic signature; the template can be found at the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17T0dkPmD9i7B6ykaBIb568BJPIJgerrg/view?usp=sharing
– identity document
– registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOKPP)
— a document on the degree of higher education obtained (for persons who have completed their studies in previous years, a diploma and an appendix to it)
— a certificate regarding the planned period of completion of studies and obtaining a diploma in 2025 (except for undergraduate graduates of Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic University)
— a photo card for documents 3×4 (no more than 1 mb)
— a medical opinion in the form of primary accounting documentation 086-3/o (if it is necessary to create special (special) conditions for passing entrance exams)

When filling out the application form, indicate the place of residence in Ukraine or abroad where you want to take the EVVV/EVI, and the preferred language of the exams.
You can choose no more than two subjects for the EVVV.

Step 2
Send scanned copies or photocopies of registration documents to the email address of the admissions committee nuzp.pk@gmail.com.

Step 3
Get a scanned copy of the exam paper.
