Rebooting and unity: teachers of the EPA department — in the space of communication and interaction
On September 24, teachers of the Department of Electric Drive and Automation of Industrial Installations of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University joined the psychological team-building training «The University is Us».
In the daily rhythm of lectures, laboratory classes, scientific work, interaction with students, and performance of numerous organizational tasks, it is especially important to find time for live communication, mutual support, and team interaction.
It was two hours of emotional reset, lively communication, and team interaction.
During the training, the department staff:
- got to know each other better, discovering new and often unexpected facets of colleagues’ personalities;
- co-created architectural designs, overcoming proposed challenges and improving teamwork skills;
- generated unconventional ideas, created their own projects, and presented the results of joint work;
- talked a lot, laughed, rested in a relaxed atmosphere and regained the strength necessary for further professional activity.
The informal atmosphere, sincere conversations, and good mood helped to distract from work worries, restore strength, and feel the value of team support.
We have once again been convinced: Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic is not just walls or a schedule of classes. Our university is, first of all, people. This is our energetic, united and friendly team of the EPA department.
We sincerely thank the university’s practical psychologists, Alena Sadykina and Anna Shubert, for the professionally organized training, interesting tasks, attention to the participants, and the created atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding.
May the received charge of positive emotions, new impressions and a sense of team unity help the department staff confidently move towards new professional and scientific achievements!
