To the attention of education recipients of preferential categories - children of persons who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine!
National University “Zaporizhia Polytechnic” is a participant in an experimental project on providing state aid for education to children of certain categories of persons who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
The implementation mechanism of this project is determined by the Procedure approved by Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 03/14/2025 No. 318
Targeted assistance is provided in the 2024/25 or 2025/26 academic year to applicants of professional pre-higher, higher education – citizens of Ukraine, who are studying full-time (full-time) and part-time at the expense of individuals (i.e. under a contract), regardless of their previously received level of education, who have not reached the age of 23 at the time of confirmation of their consent to participate and belong to the following categories of persons:
— to children who have the status of a family member of a deceased (deceased) Defender or Defender of Ukraine in accordance with the first part of Article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Status of War Veterans, Guarantees of Their Social Protection”;
— to children of persons with disabilities as a result of the war, defined in clauses 11-16 of the second part of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Status of War Veterans, Guarantees of Their Social Protection”;
— to children of combatants, defined in clauses 19-25 of the first part of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection”;
— to children of persons who have the status of missing under special circumstances in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the legal status of persons missing under special circumstances”;
— to children of persons who have been deprived of their personal freedom as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Social and Legal Protection of Persons, in respect of whom the fact of deprivation of personal freedom as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine has been established, and members of their families”;
— children of persons recognized as injured participants of the Revolution of Dignity in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Status of War Veterans, Guarantees of Their Social Protection”.
The state aid fully covers the cost of education established by the educational institution – a participant of the experimental project for the academic year in which the student – a participant of the experimental project receives state aid.
