Traditional forum “Educational Leadership Days”
NU “Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic” invites you to participate in the traditional forum “Days of Educational Leadership”!
The theme of this year’s forum: “Between rules and reality: flexibility without loss of quality”
For whom? Heads of HEIs, vice-rectors, deans, guarantors of educational programs, representatives of quality assurance systems, scientists, teachers, young researchers, employers and everyone who shapes the future of Ukrainian higher education.
The goal of the forum is to create a professional platform for discussing strategic, regulatory and practical solutions that help universities ensure the quality of education, scientific performance and sustainable development in conditions of war, resource constraints, technological transformations and unequal starting opportunities of educational institutions in different regions of Ukraine.

Today, universities operate in a reality that is changing faster than the regulatory field. War, demographic challenges, changes in the admission campaign, digitalization, individual educational trajectories, artificial intelligence, new approaches to science and financing – all this requires not only adaptation, but also a rethinking of the model of a modern university.
During the forum, we will seek answers to important questions:
– How to maintain the quality of education without turning the system into a bureaucratic mechanism?
– Where is the line between flexibility and loss of standards?
– How is AI changing teaching, assessment, and academic integrity?
– What should university science be like in the context of war and new funding models?
– How to develop a university when rules and reality move at different speeds?
The forum will become a space for an open professional conversation about how Ukrainian universities can not only meet the requirements, but also remain strong, resilient, and capable of development.
Based on the results of participation in the forum, registered participants can receive a certificate (0.5 ECTS).
