Traditional forum “Educational Leadership Days”
PU «Zaporizka Polytechnic» invites you to take part in the traditional forum «Educational Leadership Days»!
The theme of this year’s forum: «Between rules and reality: flexibility without loss of quality»
For whom? Heads of higher education institutions, vice-chancellors, deans, guarantors of educational programs, representatives of quality assurance systems, scientists, teachers, young researchers, employers and all those who shape the future of Ukrainian higher education.
The purpose of the forum is to create a professional platform for discussing strategic, regulatory and practical solutions that help universities ensure the quality of education, scientific effectiveness and sustainable development in conditions of war, resource limitations, technological transformations and unequal starting opportunities of educational institutions in different regions of Ukraine.

Today, universities work in a reality that changes faster than the regulatory field. War, demographic challenges, changes in the admissions campaign, digitalization, individual educational trajectories, artificial intelligence, new approaches to science and funding — all this requires not only adaptation, but also a rethinking of the modern university model.
During the forum, we will seek answers to important questions:
– How to preserve the quality of education without turning the system into a bureaucratic mechanism?
– Where is the line between flexibility and loss of standards?
– How does AI change teaching, evaluation and academic integrity?
– What should university science be in conditions of war and new funding models?
– How to develop a university when rules and reality move differently pace?
The forum will become a space for an open professional conversation about how Ukrainian universities can not only meet the requirements, but also remain strong, stable and capable of development.
As a result of participation in the forum, registered participants can receive a certificate (0.5 ECTS).
