To make a worthy contribution to the development of the Ukrainian state and society, the South-Eastern region of Ukraine by training competent specialists capable of solving complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of management and strategic personnel management, through the implementation of the following goals: 1) to form highly educated and nationally conscious specialists in the field of management, capable of strategic design and corporate administration of personnel management systems through the integration of international HR management experience and professional communication in a foreign language to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises of the South-Eastern region of Ukraine in global markets; 2) integrate the results of applied analytical research and innovative experience in digital management into the practice of HR activities by implementing data analytics tools and modern HR technologies within the strategic priority of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University of Ukraine to develop a digital educational and scientific space; 3) provide conditions for the comprehensive development of the personality and leadership potential of master’s students by activating scientific and research activities, stimulating creativity and studying organizational behavior to build an inspired, inclusive and ethical working environment that promotes sustainable development and social responsibility of organizations in conditions of transformational change;

Teaching and Assessment
Teaching and learning under the educational program are carried out on the basis of student-centered, competency-based, problem-oriented and research approaches. The formation of an individual educational trajectory of applicants is ensured through the mechanisms of selective educational components, participation in academic mobility programs, the possibility of choosing research topics and projects, as well as the use of elements of non-formal and informal education
The educational process is focused on achieving program learning outcomes, in particular the formation of analytical, managerial, communicative and research competencies in the field of strategic and operational personnel management. The training involves the integration of theoretical knowledge with practice-oriented training, using modern HR analytics and People Analytics tools.
Active and interactive teaching methods are used: problem-oriented lectures, case method (including analysis of real business cases), business and role-playing games, simulations of management situations, trainings, project-oriented learning.
The digital component of the educational process is implemented through the use of learning management systems (LMS Moodle), business analytics (BI) tools, platforms for data processing and visualization, which ensures the development of digital competencies in the field of personnel management.
Independent work of applicants is organized using electronic educational resources and is aimed at developing critical thinking skills, self-education and lifelong learning. The educational and research component involves the implementation of applied research, participation in scientific projects, internships at enterprises and organizations, as well as the preparation of a master’s thesis that solves real problems in the field of personnel management.

The assessment of the learning outcomes of higher education applicants is carried out in order to determine the level of achievement of program learning outcomes and involves the use of various forms of control: current, modular and final. Current control includes the assessment of participation in practical and seminar classes, the performance of individual and group tasks, cases, analytical works and projects. Final control is carried out in the form of exams, tests, defense of a practice report and public defense of a qualification work. The assessment is carried out on a 100-point scale or on a two-point scale («passed» / «not passed») in accordance with current regulatory documents. The assessment criteria are clear, transparent and communicated to applicants at the beginning of the study of educational components. The assessment system ensures objectivity, transparency and compliance of learning outcomes with the requirements of the educational program and is aimed at developing applicants’ ability to self-monitor, critically analyze and make informed decisions. |
Resource Provision
All scientific and pedagogical workers involved in the implementation of the educational program meet the educational and/or professional qualifications of scientific and pedagogical workers in accordance with the current Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Educational Activities.
The proportion of scientific and pedagogical workers (ensuring the educational process in the educational program) who have a scientific degree and/or an academic title and work at their main place of work is 100 percent. Of these, those who have a doctorate and/or an academic title of professor account for more than 30 percent.
The material and technical support of the program meets the licensing requirements for the provision of educational services in the field of higher education and allows organizing and conducting classes in all academic disciplines at a high level. Multimedia projectors are used for lectures, and the classrooms are equipped with the necessary computer equipment.
The necessary social and household infrastructure is available: dormitories; sports facilities; catering facilities.
Higher education students who need it are provided with a dormitory.
The safety of the educational environment in martial law conditions is ensured by the presence of appropriately equipped shelters.

Prompt information to applicants and employees, as well as other stakeholders about the activities of the university and the department, class schedules, educational and scientific events is provided through the official website and educational portal (http://portal.zp.edu.ua). Academic Mobility

National credit mobility is regulated by the Regulations on the procedure for exercising the right to academic mobility of participants in the educational process of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University (https://zp.edu.ua/uploads/dept_nm/Polozhennia_pro_akademichnu_mobilnist.pdf). The right to academic mobility is exercised on the basis of agreements on cooperation in the field of education and science, educational and scientific programs and projects, agreements on cooperation between NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» and domestic higher education institutions (https://zp.edu.ua/pro-universitet/university-partners/), and can also be implemented by employees and students of NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» on their own initiative, supported by the administration of NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic», on the basis of individual invitations and other procedures.

Students have the opportunity to participate in the international credit program Erasmus+KA1, programs of the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD. The university has interinstitutional agreements, according to which students studying in the relevant specialty have the opportunity to exercise their rights to academic mobility in the following universities: Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium), Technical University of Ilmenau (Germany), Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain).
Foreign Students
The university has the right to train foreign students.
