Material and technical support
Laboratory of X-ray research methods and metallography
X-ray phase analysis on the DRON diffractometer and the full cycle of metallography from the preparation of the section to the analysis of the microstructure.
Thermal laboratory
Hardening, tempering, annealing and cementation of steels and alloys with further control of hardness and structure; furnace with computer control up to 1200 °C.
Laboratory of physical research methods and electro-radio materials
Dilatometry, magnetic phase analysis and measurement of electrical properties of conductors and dielectrics.
Laboratory of electron microscopy
Raster electron microscope REM-106I with energy dispersive analysis: microstructure, chemical composition of phases and fracture fractography.
Laboratory of microscopy
Digital optical metallography, Vickers microhardness and surface roughness measurements.
Laboratory of high-temperature mechanical tests
Long-term strength and creep on AIMA-5 machines, thermal tension and fatigue, as well as modern UIT STM 100 machine and residual stress measurements.
Laboratory of 3D modeling
From your own filament to the finished part: industrial 3D printing and CAD/CAE modeling (AutoCAD, Ansys, DANTE).
