At the request of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, he prepared information to study the prognostic validity of the single professional entrance test for students enrolled in the master's degree in law.

In 2017 led the preparation of the educational project «Development of a system for monitoring the quality of education in a higher education institution», the purpose of which is to summarize statistical and analytical information and obtain an objective assessment of the state of the internal quality assurance system, development of recommendations for its improvement at the University. The project was awarded the Grand Prix diploma of the «Leader of Higher Education of Ukraine» competition at the 8th International Exhibition «Modern Educational Institutions - 2017», organized by the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and the Institute of Modernization of the Content of Education of DNU.
Experience in developing policies in the field of higher education:

Annual participation in the consideration of draft Conditions of Admission to Higher Education Institutions and the preparation of proposals for improving and democratizing the procedure for admission and competitive selection of applicants for higher education.

He was involved in the working group of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine on the formation of the final version of the text of the Terms of Admission for the current year.

In 2014 participated in the development of proposals for the draft Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education», which were presented at the meetings of the Union of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions, the Board of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine, and the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Science and Education.

In 2017 participated in the development of proposals to the Law of Ukraine «On Education» in the part of amendments to the Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education».

At the request of the Committee on Science and Education of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, he participated in the formulation of university proposals to the Decision of the Committee on Science and Education on the topic «On legislative support for the development of higher technical education in Ukraine» and proposals to the Decision of the Committee on the issue «On the state of implementation of the Law of Ukraine »On Higher Education".
