About the Department
The uniqueness of the Department of Philosophy lies in the specific content of the educational components taught at the Department: modern philosophical discourse on human history and the present, which is «served» by humanity today according to the rules and techniques of communicative philosophy (not ontological or epistemological of previous eras).
The Department contributes to the formation in higher education applicants of a philosophical culture of thinking and worldview, which will ensure the country's development - the ability to deal with scientific and technical, technological, social, mental and other phenomena of Ukrainian society.
The mission of the department is to effectively assist in the preparation of a competitive person in the modern world of complex socio-cultural realities, a conscious citizen of Ukraine, who is a competent subject of social activity and affirms and develops his own national identity.
