Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic continues to develop the system of professional qualifications!
On June 19, the Qualification Center of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University awarded certificates to applicants who successfully completed qualification training and passed the qualification assessment for the professional qualification “Manager (manager) of a residential building (group of buildings)”, 6th level of the National Qualifications Framework.
Receiving a certificate is an official confirmation of professional knowledge, practical skills and competencies necessary for work in the field of residential building management. This qualification is especially relevant for heads and members of the boards of condominiums, managers of residential complexes, specialists in the field of housing and communal services, as well as those who seek to officially confirm their professional experience.
According to Article 18 of the Law of Ukraine “On Housing and Communal Services”, the manager of an apartment building must meet the established qualification requirements. In particular, the manager, a legal entity, must have an employee on staff who has passed professional certification, and the manager, an individual entrepreneur, must pass such certification independently or have an appropriate employee on staff.
Obtaining the professional qualification “Manager (Manager) of a residential building (group of buildings)” is confirmation of the appropriate level of knowledge, skills and competencies for professional activity in this field.

– Electrogas welder of the 4th category — level 4 of the National Qualification Code
– Electrogas welder of the 5th category — level 4 NRC
– Building Energy Auditor — NRC Level 7
– Residential Building Manager — NRC Level 6
