Happy Independence Day of Ukraine!

Dear students, teachers, staff and graduates!

We sincerely congratulate you on the Independence Day of Ukraine – a holiday that embodies the national unity, indomitable spirit, freedom and dignity of the Ukrainian people.

August 24, 1991, became a significant milestone in the history of our state. It was on this day that the eternal dream of many generations of Ukrainians came true – to live in an independent country, to independently determine its future, to preserve their native language, culture and national traditions. Today, independence has a special price, because it is fought for every day by the courage of our Defenders, the resilience of the Ukrainian people, and the selfless work of everyone who brings Victory closer.

We bow our heads to the feat of those who gave their lives for the freedom of Ukraine, and express our boundless gratitude to all who today defend our native land, giving us the opportunity to study, work, and build a future in a free state.

For the community of NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic», Independence Day is a reminder of our responsibility to the country. We continue to remain the center of Ukrainian education, science, culture, and national identity, educating educated, responsible, and patriotic citizens. Our students, teachers and scientists contribute to strengthening the state every day – with conscientious work, knowledge, scientific achievements, volunteer activities and active civic position.

We wish everyone good health, peace, prosperity, strength of spirit, unity and confidence in tomorrow. May Ukraine gain a just peace as soon as possible, and our joint Victory will open a new page in its history.
