Training «Anatomy of Conflict»
On July 10, practical psychologist of the Psychological Service of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University Alena Sadykina conducted a training for psychologists of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support on the topic «Anatomy of Conflict».
During the training, participants:
– explored the structure of conflict and its main components
– got acquainted with effective strategies for resolving conflict situations
– mastered the skills of constructive argumentation and effective communication during conflict
At the beginning of the training, Pro-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Socio-Economic Development and Youth Policy Andriy Ivanchenko presented the university, offering a number of opportunities for personal development together with Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic: traditional higher education in areas, dual form of study, short-term courses, training with employment center vouchers, features and benefits during the 2026 admission campaign, pre-higher education, preparatory courses for NMT, EVI and many other opportunities for building an individual educational trajectory.
The training was an excellent opportunity to deepen professional knowledge, exchange experience and improve practical skills necessary for successful work in modern conditions.
