Object of activity:
There are processes of functioning and development of international economic relations and customs activities, interaction of subjects of the world economic space, as well as mechanisms of customs regulation and economic policy in the conditions of globalization, digital transformation and modern economic challenges.

economics of international economic relations and world economic ties, patterns of development of global reproductive processes, international division of labor, institutional and regulatory mechanisms of international economic and customs activity, as well as modern approaches to the analysis of global challenges, digitalization and sustainable development.

Methods and technologies:
methods of theoretical and empirical research, economic and mathematical analysis, modeling and forecasting, data analysis, risk analysis, decision support methods, as well as modern digital information processing technologies, analytical platforms and business analytics tools.

modern information and communication systems, information and analytical platforms, specialized software for data analysis and modeling, as well as digital tools used in the field of international economic and customs activities, in particular decision-making support systems and processing of foreign economic information.

Зробити достойний внесок у розвиток Української держави й суспільства, Південно-Східного регіону України шляхом підготовки компетентних фахівців, здатних розв’язувати складні спеціалізовані задачі та практичні проблеми у сфері міжнародної економіки та митної діяльності, завдяки реалізації таких цілей: 1) сформувати високоосвічених й національно свідомих фахівців у галузі міжнародної економіки та митної діяльності, здатних до стратегічного управління з урахуванням принципів комплаєнсу, цифрової трансформації та міждисциплінарного підходу, а також економічного зміцнення Української держави, суспільства та Запорізького регіону, активно долучаючись до розбудови безпечного й прозорого середовища з урахуванням глобальних цілей сталого розвитку; 2) інтегрувати результати фундаментальних і прикладних економічних досліджень, а також інноваційного досвіду митної діяльності та бізнес-спільноти в освітню програму з метою постійного підвищення якості освіти відповідно до стандартів і рекомендацій (ESG) у Європейському просторі вищої освіти, із дотриманням принципів студентоцентрованого навчання та академічної доброчесності; 3) забезпечити умови для всебічного розвитку особистості шляхом активізації зовнішньої академічної мобільності здобувачів та науково-педагогічних працівників кафедри «Економіка та митна справа»; підвищення мотивації та залученості здобувачів через партнерство з професійними спільнотами та реальними стейкхолдерами; впровадження персоналізованого підходу на основі використання цифрових освітніх платформ і формування індивідуальних освітніх траєкторій. |
Teaching and Assessment

Teaching and learning under the educational program are carried out on the basis of student-centered, problem-oriented and research approaches, ensuring an individual educational trajectory for applicants. The educational process is aimed at the formation of analytical, managerial and research competencies and involves a combination of theoretical training with practice-oriented training. The educational process is focused on making informed decisions based on data (data-driven approach) in the field of international economic and customs activities. Modern teaching methods are used, including problem lectures, case methods, business games, trainings, analysis of real situations in the field of international economic and customs activities, as well as the implementation of individual and group projects. Considerable attention is paid to the use of digital technologies, information and analytical systems and data processing tools. The independent work of applicants is carried out using electronic educational resources, in particular the Moodle platform, and is aimed at developing self-education skills, critical thinking and the ability to learn throughout life. The educational and research component is implemented through the implementation of scientific research, pre-graduate practice and preparation of qualification work with the involvement of practitioners and representatives of the professional environment. |

The assessment is focused on testing the ability of applicants to apply knowledge in practice, in particular in the field of international economic and customs activities, and to make informed decisions based on data analysis. The assessment of the learning outcomes of higher education applicants is carried out in order to determine the level of achievement of program learning outcomes and involves the use of various forms of control: current, modular and final. Current control includes the assessment of participation in practical and seminar classes, the performance of individual and group tasks, cases, analytical works and projects. Final control is carried out in the form of exams, tests, defense of a practice report and public defense of the qualification work. The assessment is carried out on a 100-point scale or on a two-point scale (“passed” / “not passed”) in accordance with current regulatory documents. The assessment criteria are clear, transparent and communicated to applicants at the beginning of the study of educational components. The assessment system ensures objectivity, transparency and compliance of learning outcomes with the requirements of the educational program and is aimed at developing applicants’ ability to self-monitor, critically analyze and make informed decisions.

Resource Provision
|
All scientific and pedagogical workers involved in the implementation of the educational program meet the educational and/or professional qualifications of scientific and pedagogical workers in accordance with the current Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Educational Activities. The share of scientific and pedagogical workers (ensuring the educational process in the educational program) who have a scientific degree and/or an academic title and work at their main place of work is 100 percent. Of these, persons who have a scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences and/or an academic title of Professor account for more than 30 percent. |
The material and technical support of the program meets the licensing requirements for the provision of educational services in the field of higher education and allows organizing and conducting classes in all educational components at a high level. Multimedia projectors are used for lectures, and classrooms are equipped with the necessary computer equipment.
The necessary social and household infrastructure is available: dormitories; sports facilities; catering facilities. Higher education students who need it are provided with a dormitory.
The security of the educational environment in martial law conditions is ensured by the presence of appropriately equipped shelters.

International credit mobility is regulated by the Regulations on the procedure for exercising the right to academic mobility of participants in the educational process of the National University “Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic”

Students have the opportunity to participate in the international credit program Erasmus+KAl, programs of the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD. The university has inter-institutional agreements, according to which students studying in the relevant specialty have the opportunity to exercise their rights to academic mobility at the following universities: Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium), Technical University of Ilmenau (Germany), Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain).
