Teaching and Assessment
Student-centered and problem-oriented learning, differentiated learning technologies, intensification and individualization of learning technology, programmed learning technology, information technology, developmental learning technology, credit transfer system for organizing learning, e-learning based on the Moodle distance learning platform, self-study, learning based on participation in scientific research, project development for organizations (territorial communities, medical institutions). Teaching is carried out in the form of: lectures, multimedia lectures, interactive lectures, practical classes, independent study, consultations with teachers, preparation of a bachelor’s qualification work, situational tasks, individual and group forms, trainings. Independent work is carried out on the basis of textbooks and notes, electronic educational resources placed in the repository of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University and on the Moodle platform. Consultations by teachers are carried out in the form of personally-oriented pedagogical interaction of higher education institutions to ensure an individual learning trajectory and with the aim of acquiring professional competencies.
The forms of control measures and criteria for assessing higher education applicants are clear, understandable, make it possible to establish the achievement of higher education applicants’ learning outcomes for a separate educational component and/or the educational program as a whole and are published in advance. Regulations on the Organization of the Educational Process of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University https://zp.edu.ua/uploads/dept_nm/Nakaz_N405_vid_11.10.24.pdf The applicant’s learning outcomes are assessed using control measures provided for by the educational program and the program of educational components on a 100-point scale or on a two-point scale (passed – not passed). Positive grades are grades from 60 to 100 points on a 100-point scale and a grade of «passed» on a two-point scale. The limit of unsatisfactory learning according to the results of the final control (unsatisfactory grade) is a grade below 60 points on a 100-point scale or a grade of «not passed» on a two-point scale. Obtaining a grade of 60 points and above the grade of «passed» implies obtaining positive grades in all areas specified in the educational program.
Resource Provision
All scientific and pedagogical workers involved in the implementation of the educational program, given their qualifications and/or professional experience, are able to provide the educational components that they implement within the educational program. The share of NPP who have a scientific degree and/or academic title and work at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University by their main place of work is more than 50 percent for the bachelor’s degree in the specialty «Regional Management», which complies with the current Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Educational Activities (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 31, 2023 No. 1134).
Material and technical resources (software, equipment, library, other infrastructure, etc.) ensure the achievement of the educational program’s goals and program learning outcomes. Meet the requirements specified by the legislation. Higher education applicants who need it are provided with a dormitory.
Meets the requirements for educational, methodological and informational support for educational activities in the field of higher education in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «On Approval of the Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Educational Activities of Educational Institutions» dated December 30, 2015, No. 1187 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 24, 2021 No. 365). Information about curricula, class schedules, and individual plans for higher education applicants is posted on the university’s educational portal https://portal.zp.edu.ua/.
The library reading rooms are equipped with wireless access to the Internet. All information electronic resources of the scientific library are available through the university website http://library.zp.edu.ua.
Free access through the website of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University to databases of periodicals (including in English) is provided by the participation of the university library in the ElibUkr consortium.

The certification is carried out in the form of a public defense of the qualification work (diploma) and a certification exam.
The certification is carried out openly and publicly.
The qualification work must investigate a problem in the field of public management and administration using the theory and scientific methods of management. The qualification work cannot contain academic plagiarism, falsification and copying. The qualification work must be published on the official website of the higher education institution or structural unit, or in the repository of the higher education institution.
