Congratulations to the winner of the International Student Professional Creative Competition «Materials Science»!

The International Student Professional Creative Competition «Materials Science» ended in June. It was held at the Kharkiv National Automobile and Road University under the patronage of the Ivan Frantsevich Institute of Materials Science Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, together with the Alecu Russo Bălți State University (Republic of Moldova).

150 projects from Ukrainian and foreign higher education institutions were submitted for consideration by the jury, which included Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and International Activities of National University «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» Valeriy Naumyk.

Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic was represented by students: Valeriy Dem’yanenko (IF–215m), Oleksandr Bondarenko (IF–215m), Yevhen Vyshenko (IF–213sp), Vitaliy Korshunov (IF–214), Oleksandr Petrashov (BADz–215m).

The participants were prepared by the acting head of the Head of the Department of Physical Materials Science Darya Tkach, senior lecturers of the same department — Anna Dzhus, Mykyta Aikin, professors of the Department of Composite Materials, Chemistry and Technologies — Oleksandr Mityaev, Oleksiy Voskoboynik.

After reviewing, 59 higher education applicants from 30 higher education institutions were invited to participate in the final scientific and practical conference, including a student of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University Valeria Demyanenko with the scientific supervisor — Darya Tkach.

According to the results of the competition, Valeria won and received a 1st degree diploma! Our other students were awarded certificates of participation, and the scientific supervisors were thanked.
