NU "Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic" is the first institution in Ukraine to receive official accreditation from the National Qualifications Agency for the award of the professional qualification: "Manager (administrator) of a residential building (group of buildings)" (6th level of the National Qualifications Framework)!

This is an important stage in the development of the system of professional qualifications of Ukraine and a significant step forward in the field of housing management. For the first time, the standard of this profession was approved at the state level, and the Qualification Center of the National University “Zaporizhia Polytechnic” received the right to conduct evaluations and award the relevant qualifications.

To whom is it important to confirm the qualification of “Manager (manager) of a residential building (group of buildings)”?
– to heads and board members of condominiums who seek to officially confirm their manager status
– to current managers of residential complexes who want to legitimize their professional experience and competence
– to specialists who plan to start a career in real estate management and wish to obtain a state certificate valid throughout territory of Ukraine

According to Article 18 of the Law of Ukraine “On Housing and Communal Services”, the manager of an apartment building (legal entity or FOP with which the condominium enters into a contract) must meet the qualification requirements approved by the central executive body. The manager who provides the service must pass a professional certification. Obtaining the qualification “Manager (manager) of a residential building (group of buildings)” is confirmation of this attestation.

Qualification Center of the National University “Zaporizhia Polytechnic” is an officially authorized structure that evaluates and recognizes learning outcomes obtained in formal, non-formal and informal education. In accordance with the authority granted by the National Qualifications Agency, our center provides the procedure for assigning, confirming and recognizing professional qualifications, including the recognition of qualifications obtained abroad.

Qualifications that can be obtained (confirmed) at the Qualification Center of the Polytechnic:
– Electric gas boiler 3rd grade (level 3 NRK)
– Electric gas boiler 4th grade (level 4 NRK)
– Electric gas boiler 5th grade (level 4 NRK)
– Energy auditor of buildings (level 7 NRK)
– Residential building manager (level 6 NRK)
