Qualification Procedure
Verification and Interview
The Qualification Center checks the submitted application and documents, and conducts an introductory interview with the applicant.
Notification of Results
Based on the interview results, the Center notifies the applicant in writing about:
- Determination of time, date, and place of assessment
- Or a reasoned refusal to conduct the procedure
Assessment Procedure
The commission conducts the assessment and makes a decision, which is recorded in the protocol.
Issuance of Documents
Based on the commission's decision, the Center issues to the applicant:
Or an official decision of refusal.
Entry into the Register
Information on the awarded qualification, document number, and personal data are entered into the NQA Qualifications Register.
Documentation and Information
Application for awarding/confirmation of professional qualification (Application template)
Attached to the application are:
- Passport of a citizen of Ukraine or temporary certificate of a citizen of Ukraine; permanent residence permit (for an immigrant, foreigner, or stateless person residing in Ukraine); refugee certificate (for a refugee); certificate of a person in need of complementary protection, or a person granted temporary protection in Ukraine (for such persons);
- Copies of the document certifying employment relations (if available), and the document certifying work experience in the profession of the relevant qualification level (if there are requirements of the qualification characteristics of the profession for the relevant qualification level, or professional standard regarding work experience);
- Original education document (if available). In the case of a foreign education document, the person also submits a relevant certificate of its recognition;
- Personal medical book;
- Letter from the employer regarding the referral of the employee for confirmation of professional training results (if available);
- Consent to personal data processing.
