Project duration: 24 months (December 01, 2025 – November 30, 2027)
Project Coordinator: Football Club Red Star, Belgrade, Serbia
Programme: Erasmus+ (Capacity Building in Sport)
Role of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University: Project Partner
CC4C is an international Erasmus+ (Capacity Building in Sport) project aimed at creating a safe, inclusive, and non-discriminatory football environment for young male and female athletes.
The long-term impact of the project is to promote broader cultural changes in sports communities: overcoming harmful attitudes, norms, and behaviors that support violence and discrimination, as well as promoting the values of respect, equality, solidarity, and responsibility.
The expected outcome of CC4C implementation is the development of an inclusive and respectful sports environment where young athletes feel safe, receive support, and have the opportunity to freely develop in football without the threat of gender-based violence or discrimination.
