coordinating university activities regarding participation in international grant programs and projects
initiating, developing, and implementing educational, scientific, innovative, and infrastructure projects
attracting funds for project financing through grant programs and competitions
promoting university cooperation with domestic and foreign educational institutions and foundations
providing informational, advisory, and methodological support to staff and students
promoting commercialization of research results and innovative developments
disseminating positive experience and results of the university's project work
