acquiring the ability to produce new ideas, solve complex theoretical and practical problems in the field of law, apply the methodology of scientific and pedagogical activity, conduct one’s own scientific research, the results of which have scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance.

Centered training of higher education applicants based on a competency-based approach using the Moodle platform. It is based on active learning of scientific-theoretical and practical directions during lectures, practical classes, independent study work, solving cases, passing scientific-pedagogical practice (using problem-based, interactive, project, information-computer and self-developing learning technologies), organizing scientific-research work.

Cumulative point system. Current, modular, final control. Final control: credits, which are evaluated on a two-point scale (passed – not passed); oral and written exams, scientific-pedagogical practice, which are evaluated on a 100-point scale. Assessment of academic achievements of higher education applicants is carried out in accordance with the current Regulations on the Organization of the Educational Process at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, which were discussed and approved by the Academic Council of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University. Certification of applicants for the educational level of Doctor of Philosophy is carried out in the form of a public defense of a dissertation.

The implementation of the program is ensured by highly qualified scientific and pedagogical workers who have a scientific degree and an academic title, as well as extensive experience in educational, methodological and scientific research work. All teachers meet the requirements approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «On Approval of the Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Educational Activities» dated December 30, 2015 No. 1187 (as amended) (paragraphs 35, 36, 37, 38). According to this educational program, the share of scientific and pedagogical workers who have a scientific degree and/or an academic title and work at their main place of work is 100 percent, of which 4 people have a scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences and/or an academic title of Professor. 3 In order to improve their professional level, all scientific and pedagogical workers undergo internships abroad once every five years. Professional practitioners are involved in classroom lessons.

In accordance with the requirements for conducting educational activities in the field of higher education, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «On Approval of Licensing Conditions for Conducting Educational Activities» dated December 30, 2015 No. 1187 (as amended) (paragraphs 25, 27, 39), in particular: educational buildings; dormitories; thematic rooms; specialized laboratories; computer classes; catering facilities; multimedia equipment; sports hall, sports grounds.

It is provided for by law and is appropriate when there is a need for higher education applicants to study (master) fundamentally new courses, disciplines that are not taught at the basic higher education institution. It is possible on the basis of concluding agreements on academic credit mobility with higher education institutions of Ukraine. Transfer of credits obtained at other universities of Ukraine is allowed, provided that the acquired competencies correspond. In particular, in this area, among others, the Faculty of Law of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, on the basis of an agreement on academic mobility, closely cooperates with the Dnipropetrovsk University of Internal Affairs. The university has numerous agreements with universities, educational organizations and enterprises in Austria, Belgium, the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Spain, Germany, Great Britain, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey, and the Czech Republic. The university has signed 8 inter-institutional agreements with European universities within the framework of the Erasmus+ (KA1) program. The Faculty of Law has a cooperation agreement with the Georgian Technical University and the GUSPOL Academy (Czech Republic).
