Maksakova Ruslana Nikolaevna

From 2003 to 2011, she worked as a people's assessor of the board for consideration criminal cases of the Court of Appeal of Zaporizhia region. From 2008 to 2012, freelance senior researcher at the Center theoretical problems of lawmaking of the Institute of State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky, NAS of Ukraine. From 2006 to 2015 - assistant consultant (on a voluntary basis) deputy of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council. She actively participated in the legal examination of the Charter of the territorial community of Zaporizhzhia, and development Perspective development plan of Zaporizhia region for 2008-2015. 2016 - Work as part of the expert commission of the Ministry of Education and Science on conducting primary accreditation examination of master's degree training in the specialty 8.03040101 «Jurisprudence» at Sumy National Agrarian University university as the chairman of the commission (December 19-21, 2016). 2023-2024 - member of the industry (appeal) commission of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the specialty "Intellectual property" in 2023-2024 academic year.
