Teaching and Assessment
The approach to teaching and learning involves the implementation of active learning methods that provide a personally-oriented approach and the development of thinking in applicants, student-centered and problem-oriented learning, interactive learning, self-study, and the use of web technologies in the educational process. The study of disciplines involves: lectures, practical classes, individual work under the guidance of a teacher, consultations of teachers and a scientific supervisor regarding speeches at conferences, writing scientific papers, and preparing a dissertation scientific work

Resource Provision
The guarantor of the educational and scientific program is Professor Shmygol Nadiya Mykolaivna, who is a Doctor of Economic Sciences in the specialty 08.00.04 – Economics and Enterprise Management. Developers of the educational and scientific program: 4 doctors of economic sciences, 1 associate professor, 4 of whom are professors, 1 higher education applicant. 4 developers are full-time employees of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University; 1 – a stakeholder from another higher education institution (professor of the Department of Management, Poltava State Agrarian University); higher education applicant at the third (educational and scientific) level of specialty 073 «Management» of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University.
Scientific and pedagogical workers who provide the educational process in the specialty have more than two years of experience in scientific and pedagogical activity and a level of scientific and professional activity that meets the Licensing Conditions of Clause 38 of the Educational Activity. All teachers who provide the educational components of professional training are qualified in accordance with the specialty. Teachers who provide the educational process in the specialty actively cooperate with leading foreign and Ukrainian universities within the framework of international educational programs, constantly participate in international scientific conferences, seminars and symposiums both in Ukraine and abroad.
Teachers who provide the educational process have undergone advanced training and internships at leading foreign and Ukrainian universities, have published joint scientific and educational and methodological materials together with foreign colleagues.

The classrooms, laboratories and classes are 100% equipped with multimedia equipment, as well as air conditioners. All computer equipment is connected to the Internet, as well as Wireless access to this network is provided. For general education subjects, lecture halls and laboratories of the relevant general education departments are used, which have the necessary equipment. Higher education students who need it are provided with a dormitory.
The library combines traditional library funds on paper (841,880 copies), a fund of electronic documents (54,828 titles), technological complexes that provide access to world information resources, in particular to Elsevier resources (SCOPUS), Web of Science: http://www.zntu.edu.ua/naukovabiblioteka). By field of knowledge 12 Information Technologies, the library fund contains more than 2,000 titles of publications, subscriptions to 11 periodicals. The library also provides readers with publications from other libraries in the region through the interlibrary loan department and free electronic delivery of documents (http://library.zp.edu.ua/edd_mba.html), provides access to digital databases and libraries (http://library.zp.edu.ua/test_dostup.html), and provides consultations on literature searches (including remotely: https://form.123formbuilder.com/2711963?wwwNgRedir ). The university has access to the Uran fiber-optic network, which provides operational access to information, its exchange, distribution, accumulation and processing for conducting scientific research, distance learning, using telematics methods, operating electronic libraries, virtual laboratories, conducting teleconferences, implementing remote monitoring methods, etc. In particular, access is provided to GÉANT – a pan-European multi-gigabit scientific and educational network, which unites more than 8,000 scientific institutions and more than 40 million users, eduMEET – a browser-based online communication platform, WebClass video conferencing service, Eduroam – Wi-Fi roaming for users of national scientific and educational networks. Attestation
The certification of candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy is carried out in the form of a public defense of a dissertation.
A dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy is an independent, detailed study that proposes a solution to a complex problem in the field of management or on its border with other specialties, the results of which constitute an original contribution to management theory and are published in scientific publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
The dissertation must not contain academic plagiarism, falsification, fabrication.
The dissertation must be posted on the website of the higher education institution.
