Meeting of the working group on the creation of the Council of Young Scientists at the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration
On November 1, at the initiative of the Department of Education and Science of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, a meeting of the working group on the creation of the Council of Young Scientists at the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration took place on the basis of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University. Anastasiya Zerkal, a professor of the Department of Marketing and Logistics of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University, was chosen as the head of the working group.
In addition to the representatives of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, employees of the Melitopol State Pedagogical University named after Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, Tavrya State Agrotechnical University and Zaporizhzhia National University.
The work plan of the initiative group was outlined and the steps for the organization of activities were defined.
The purpose of the Council’s activity is to promote the realization of the constitutional rights of young scientists regarding their participation in the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities.
The main tasks of the Council are:
- facilitating the interaction of the ZODA and young scientists of the region for the implementation of joint initiatives and joint resolution of issues
- formation of proposals for the creation of legal and socio-economic conditions for attracting talented young people to work in the scientific field, stimulating the professional activity of young scientists in domestic scientific institutions and higher educational institutions, increasing their professional level and realizing their creative and professional activity
- consultative support of young scientists in matters of scientific and research activities, cooperation with foreign customers of scientific products
- promoting the involvement of young scientists in participation in competitions of scientific works, the formation of teams of young scientists for the implementation of promising scientific projects
