Meeting of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic youth with representatives of PJSC «Zaporizhstal»

On May 24, Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic was visited by representatives of PJSC «Zaporizhstal» – HR Director Maksym Ped and Acting Head of the Human Resources Development Department Roman Lyashenko.

As part of the visit, a meeting was held with students, during which the speakers spoke about new opportunities for young specialists at the enterprise, the benefits of employment, the implementation and implementation of the «First Workplace» program, and discussed why young people should choose the enterprise of the Metinvest group of companies as their first place of work.

The attendees were also interested in the plant’s social programs, and significant attention was paid to the volunteer movement and activities of the Youth Organization of PJSC Zaporizhstal.

The students actively asked questions about internships at the enterprise, dual education opportunities, work features, and current vacancies.

After the meeting, the speakers provided individual consultations on employment to each interested student.
