Completion of the project «Beyond the Thresholds of Lies: Let’s Study and Counteract!»
The ten-month international project «Beyond the Thresholds of Lies: Let’s Study and Counteract!», implemented by teachers and students of the Journalism department of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, has been successfully completed.
The following was carried out:
- 4 media literacy trainings for the general public of the city of Zaporizhzhia (public activists, internally displaced persons, students and journalists)
- 17 webinars in the series «Media Hunters: Hunting for Fakes – Open» for students in grades 10-11
- 2 brainstorming sessions «Fake Breakers» (2 school teams, 3 student teams, as well as a team practicing journalists).
The project created 40 media products:
- 15 episodes of the podcast «Nowhere to Find Truth, Children. Season 2»
- 11 videos from the series «Believe in Victory, Not the Enemy!» »
- 11 radio episodes of the series «Deoccupation of Brains» (together with the vision radio «Radio on Touch») »
- Telegram channel «Mediadetox» »
- 2 issues of the student newspaper («Viyalka» and «Komora») »
